Giotto Bizzarrini, a former engineer for Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, and Iso, created Bizzarrini S.p.A., an Italian automaker, in 1964. Before going out of business in 1969, the firm produced a small number of very sophisticated and cutting-edge sport and racing cars. In 2020, it was revealed that Pegasus brands had purchased the name and had intentions to resume manufacture.

In 1966, the company changed its name from Prototipi Bizzarrini s.r.l. to Bizzarrini S.p.A. With the exception of a few highly well-known and immeasurably valuable automobiles, the brand's physical heritage is few and fragmented. The P538S and 5300 GT Strada are notable models. In the 2000s, there were a number of concept automobiles produced in an effort to revive the Bizzarrini brand.

Former Ferrari and Alfa Romeo engineer Giotto Bizzarrini created the company. In the 1960s, the high-end sports vehicle and racing markets were the primary emphasis of the Italian automaker Bizzarrini. The GT Europa and the venerable 5300 GT Strada were created by the business. The business, meanwhile, was short-lived and shut down in 1969. Study up on Bizzarrini.
